Estoy super contento por haber terminado mi segundo ciclo porque me he sentido super bien, incluso hasta baje un kilo mas de peso, inicie pesando 71 kg baje a 69 kg y logre subir un kilo de masa muscular algo que nunca pense logra!!!!

y lo mas divertido es que las ultimas dos semanas se las dedique a ir al gimnasio algo que habia dejado de hacer por no haber visto resultados antes, se que solo fueron dos semanas pero tomando los productos del set bestbody comenze a ver resultados, de como rendia mas en el gimnasio ya no sentirme cansado, y sobre todo ya no sentirme pesado al comer, me aplique tomandolos diario como se recomiendo supliendo un desayuno y una cena.

Esto tambien me ayudo a dormir mejor porque ahora me sentia mas ligero en la cena y no tenia que esperar tanto para dormirme.

Pude hacer ejercicio diario una hora y no matarme en el gimnasio para ver resultados, lo cual me tienen muy contento.

Y lo mejor de todo es poder seguir sintiendome muy bien y que las personas vean el cambio y poder compartirles como hacerle uniendose a la plataforma de El Reto de 8 semanas!!!!!!
