Durante el reto, tomé MRP diario, así como el reparador y las vitaminas. Sin embargo, sólo las primeras 3 semansa tomé supergreens y fibra.
Hago ejercicio diario, practico taekwondo. Además, agregué otros ejercicios como saltar la cuerda y abdominales para completar mi rutina.
Los resultados del reto me han dado la seguridad que nunca había tenido. Ahora tengo más confianza en mí misma, además de que mi agilidad, resistencia y condición física aumentó significativamente.
Gracias al reto ahora puedo correr 5Km sin descanso, es un gran logro para mí, ya que antes de probar los productos, no soportaba caminar más de 100m.
