Después de meses de no estar por aquí, estoy muy contenta porque un bimestre más puse mi confianza en la línea de YOR Health para deshacerme de unos molestos kilos que adquirí durante un tratamiento hormonal...
Me encanta saber que son productos de primera calidad y un además de nutrirme podré usar mi ropa sin problema ni incomodidad, ya que me molestaba sentirme los gorditos que se forman entre el pecho y el brazo y los horribles bordes que saltan del pantalón, lejos de desear hacer ejercicio deseaba quitárme la ropa deportiva jajaja

Lo que yo hice fue tomarla tal como se aconseja en el calendario de productos y cubrir mis 5 alimentos al día...
Las malteadas cubrían el alimento por la mañana y/o noche y el SG una de mis colaciones, el resto del día elegir sabiamente entre lo que a natural y saludable evitando refrescos, productos refinados y procesados.
Entre más simple sea adaptar el régimen a tu vida, más sencillo es llegar hasta el final.
