Hi! I'm Holly, from Melbourne, Australia.

I had slipped into some bad habits with slacking off from the gym & eating naughty food WAY too often.
This challenge was exactly what I needed - It gave me something to work towards, to keep me accountable & get back on track with my health and fitness goals.

When I started this at 63kgs my goal weight was 61kgs, but I've managed to lean out, lose 5kgs of fat & actually gain 6kgs of muscle! Feeling stronger & happier than ever now at 64kgs.

My daily routine included my morning shake (which is my FAVOURITE!!)
- Berry Blast + Super Greens + Fiber + 2 drops of Bare Oils Lemon Oil in 300mls of water. Literally look forward to having it every morning!

- 1 Digest + 2 Superslims + Essential Vitamins with Lunch & Dinner

- YOR Shake for my meal replacement shake mid afternoon

- And finish off the day with 1 Probiotic + 2 Repairs before bed

My training consisted of 5-6 days a week with 1 of them being personal training session with my awesome trainer Alby, plus 1-2 Abs classes + 1 BLT class.

The YOR products have been unreal! The stand out product for me during this challenge would have to be Repair - it made a HUGE difference with decreasing my soreness after training, & noticeably helping me recover quicker & get back into the gym! But in saying that, I love everything I take, it's actually quite hard to pick just 1 product!

Unfortunately I became sick the last 2 weeks of the comp (ran out of essential vitamins as I forgot to reorder them & dammmmn it was at the peak of flu season!) this did set me back a little with training the last 2 weeks, but I pushed through & I'm proud I managed to complete this challenge!

Couldn't recommend these products high enough!!! Anyone with any kind of fitness goal would seriously benefit from their beautiful nutrients!
