Well the last 8 weeks has been all over the place, have done a few of these challenges now and been on my weight loss journey for over a year, started at 140kg and and almost at the end of my weight loss journey.

This 8 weeks has been the toughest mentally so far, first few weeks i was still recovering from having a vasectomy so couldn't do as much as I wanted to, then halfway through the challenge my wife decided she wanted a divorce. I haven't been able to excercise anywhere near as much as I hoped as the motivation just wasn't there. but all good things come to an end and I'm happy with where my weight loss is so far.

I have 1-2 yor chocolate shakes a day, the weight loss pills and the vitamins. I feel fitter than I ever have before, at the start of the 8 weeks I could only manage 10 pushups and now I'm up to 23, couldn't do a chin up and now i can do 2. I've been doing the p90x workouts on and off when I can find the motivation, normally have to force myself to drink the pre-workout which motivated me to do the exercises.

I've always wanted a tattoo on my arm but I want to get into shape first so that's been one of my biggest motivators.

I'm looking forward to hopefully only doing 1-2 more of the slim challenges then start on the sculpting ones.

It's been a long road to get to this point but I'm looking forward to being where I've always wanted to be.
