I’m a mother of 4 and I work full time. I also have an Automotive Service shop that opens 6 days a week. As you can tell, it is very hard to make time for myself. I realized that I was taking care of everything else except for my health. I have hemorrhoids and did not know that I was also anemic. I knew I had to do something to improve my health. My mother passed away last year in September in result of a cardiac arrest. Prior to her passing, she had many health issues such as kidney disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol etc. I told myself that I need to make healthier choices so I don’t go through the same thing or put my children in a similar situation. In the past, I would work out here and there when I have the time but I didn’t see any results due to poor nutrition. I decided to take on this challenge so I can start focusing on my mind, body, and soul. When I started the Yor Best Body Challenge, I weighed in about 124 pounds. My final weight for this challenge is 113! That’s 11 pounds of stubborn fats that would not shed off.

The products that I use on a daily basis are: Yor Super Slim, Yor Supergreens, Yor Berry Blast, Yor Shake, Yor Fiber Plus, Yor Essential Vitamin, and Yor Digest Ultra. I take 2 Super Slim capsules and 1 scoop of Supergreens mixed with 1 Berry Blast 30 minutes before breakfast every morning. For breakfast, I mix 2 scoop of Shake with 1 scoop of Fiber Plus followed by 2 Essential Vitamin. For lunch, I eat a solid meal that is 400 calories with 3-5 Digest Ultra capsules followed by 2 Essential Vitamin. For dinner, I mix 2 scoop of Shake with 1 scoop of Fiber Plus, and 1 scoop of Supergreens followed by 2 Essential Vitamin. I go to the gym 4 times a week for about 2 hours each day. I do a lot of cardio along with upper and lower body work outs. This challenge made me realizes how crucial it is to eat healthy and make healthier choices. It has taught me self-discipline, how to take control of my own health physically and mentally. It was definitely not an easy challenge for me but absolutely doable. My advice is drink A LOT of water, eat healthy, and WORK OUT to see faster results!
