A diario, malteada por la manana y fruta entre comidas, el complete a la hora de hacer ejercicio despues del ejericio un mrp malteada y fiber plus, y en la noche malteada y tambien en vez de tomar agua le ponia una mezcla de supergreens y despues del ejercicio un repair ultra.
