Being in the challenge has helped me to create a better discipline in my health. Prior to the challenge it had become a struggle for me to flatten my abs and get a 6 pack. Having a digestive problem made that process a lot harder for me. My digestion was so bad at one point in my life that I developed hemroids which creates a lot of discomfort. Having issues with digestion made me feel like I would never get the body that I always wanted to have. Many times I would look and feel bloated which made me a little self conscious. By entering the challenge I saw a way where I can push myself to really get those abs I've always wanted. Taking the products especially the yor digest ultra, yor probiotics, yor sugergreens, and yor fiber plus. It has aided me in improving my digestion. Within the 8 weeks I took digest ultras with every meal, and I always took yor supergreens, yor fiber plus and yor probiotics ultras on an emprty stomach before going to bed. I would have Yor MRP for breakfast 3 times a week and found it beneficial as because I would have more energy for my day at work. I have a gym membership and worked out at least 3 times a week. My routine for the gym was to take YOR MRP before my workout. I found that this gave me more energy to work out and helped to reduce some of the soreness. On days that I couldn't make it to the gym I would ride my mountain bike for 30 min on different bike trails near my house. One of the other thing that being in the challenge did was to help me make better decisions on what I ate. I started to cook my own meals and eat more raw vegetables, I even cut out eating out and ordering delivering.
