Empeze con un peso de 201 lb, mi meta era bajar 20, en 8 semanas. Mi sorpresa fue que baje 17 libras en el plan de detox de 28 dias.. Repair ultra y super slim al comenzar mi dia, 1 hrs despues mis super verdes con fibra. Comida balanceada a las 12pm con mi digest ultra y multivitaminas, yorshake como snack a las 3pm. super slim a las 4 pm. gimnasio de 430pm a 6pm. cena a las 7pm con digest ultra y multivitaminas. probioticos y reparadores antes de dormir. continue usando los productos for otras 4 semanas y baje 14 libras mas. no puedo creer que baje 31 libras y de 29% de grasa a 15%.
