Hola a todos !!!
Mi nombre es Giovanna Castillo y estoy feliz de haber culminado el reto de 8 semanas.
Trabajo en una oficina y esa vida sedentaria me llevó a subir de peso rápidamente lo cual me deprimió. Gracias a un gran amigo conocí Yor Health y me cambió la vida.
Consumí el super greens y el yor shake diario, el berry blast para recuperar energía luego de hacer ejercicio(3 veces por semana) sin dejar de lado las enzimas que me ayudaron mucho con el proceso digestivo ya que mi organismo es algo lento en cuanto a digestión.
Luego de 8 semanas conseguí bajar 4 kg y recuperé la confianza que había perdido.
