Estoy muy contento con este ciclo que acabo de terminar, mi meta era lograr pesar menos de 90 kilos y lo logre!! Inicie pesando 95.8kg y actualmente mi peso es de 88.9kg. mi meta era 90Kg asi que logre superarla!
Los productos que utilizaba fueron Super Green con Yor Fiber , Yor Vitamins y Yor Repair. A media mañana como snack Yor shake, ademas una capsula de Yor Digest ultra en cada comida, y por la noche de nuevo Super Green con Yor Fiber. Los suplementos de Yor Health los combine con una alimentacion balanceada, de proteinas, verduras, grasa natural etc. Ademas de implementar una rutina de ejercicios en casa de 4 a 5 veces por semana.
Unirme al reto me dio una motivacion extra, para empezar a lograr el cuerpo que siempre he querido. En ocasiones anteriores habia intentado bajar de peso de forma saludable, algunas veces logre bajar sin embargo cierta partes de mi cuerpo como el abdomen no se notaban grandes cambios. Sin embargo con el reto aparte de perder as de 6 kios,logre reducir 5cm de cintura y 6 de cadera y lo mejor de todo es que fue sin sufrir, comiendo muy bien , manteniendome bien nutrido y con mas energia y con una motivacion constante gracias a todos los participantes del reto.
Me siento muy feliz con mis resultados y el sigueinte paso ahora sera tonificar y definir mi cuerpo.
