Hola soy Claudia, y siempre fui delgada pero con pancita, y problemas de digestión de toda la vida.
Normalmente a cada cierto tiempo, debía tomar laxantes, llegue hasta ponerme faja de yeso para bajar el abdomen.
Que daño tan grande nos hacemos, sin pensarlo.
Pero llego Yor que realmente es lo único que me ha resultado y lo mejor es que no daña mi salud.
Mi resultado me encanta!!, mi abdomen está plano!
Con enzimas, MRP, Probioticos, Greens y Esencias de limón y gengibre lo he logrado.
La verdad no es nada de sacrificio, el ejercicio no ha sido mucho, practico Yoga, pero no he sido constante por cuestión de trabajo.
