Soy Adriana Rodriguez Olvera, decidí ingresar al reto porque después de dos partos, hace seis años de tener a mis gemelos, no podía bajar de peso. Con el paquete Detox me he sentido muy bien..,me veo mucho mejor. Mi dolor de colitis se ha ido, mi intestino trabaja perfecto.
En ayunas tomé probioticos con mucha agua, repair y un té con tres gotas de aceite de limón.
A las8:30 am rompía ayuno con súper green y shape, a las 9 am me tomaba una malteada yor Shake. A las 11:00am desayunaba huevo en diferentes versiones (sin pan, sin tortilla) mi enzima, dos vitaminas y mucha agua.
A las 3:00 pm comía ensalada, pescado, pollo y le variaba, me tomaba otra enzima. A las 5:30 pm otra malteada y terminaba de cenar 8:30 pm con mi enzima acompañada de agua o café.
A la tercera semana extendí las horas de ayuno.

Las primeras tres semanas hice ejercicio diario, después cada tercer día con cardio, pilates y nadar.
