I can’t tell you how many times I wanted quit. Just simply give up, give into my cravings, and fall off my regiment and fall back, into my mundane old lifestyle. There were times when I though this challenge was too hard for me, I really could not do it or I didn’t have what it takes. I could not have been more wrong. I do have what it takes and I proved my negative self-wrong. What was so different this time? From all the other diets and challenges I’ve tried? I had massive support. People from everywhere doing the challenge were sending out so much support and encouragement it was hard not to continue. I talked to everyone, everywhere about his or her health, workouts and what they do or did to get fit. As my challenge progressed I wanted to win more and more. I worked out almost every day sometimes for 30 minutes sometimes for 2 hours. I was doing everything in my power to get my body back. I learned so much about what to eat, what to do at the gym and so much about nutrition. I loved ever second of this process. Boy did I put in my blood, sweat and tears. Almost every workout I wanted to quit. Thanks to my faithful gym partners and teammates we go through it together. We challenged each other to go faster, lift more, jump higher and do everything faster and better! I learned a million ways to serve MRP, why these products are so amazing and help that much more while on a challenge. And for that I feel amazing am in amazing shape! My body looks better than ever.
