Before using Yor Health products, my diet was out of control. I also have health problem which is Diabetes and anemia, which put me out of balance, meaning if I try to diet for my diabetes then my iron level will drop and I will fell dizzy and tired. Every since I started this journey, my diabetes level are lower and my iron are more controlled. Now I can walk, run and do activity without felling dizzy or being exhausted now. Before, I can't even stand for a long time, walk or run because of my health issue. I am very happy that I took on this challenge, at first i feel like it was so hard and I didn't see any changes. But as time went on, I started seeing progress and I am so happy at where I am at now.
My Diet:
Every morning when I wake up:
Take 2 super slim and 2 vitamin
Snack(if needed): fruits/shake
Lunch: 30 min before lunch i will take 2 super slim
Lunch diet is: nothing more then 600 calories
After 2 bite of food take 2 digestive
After Lunch snack (if needed): fruits/shake
5pm: Take 2 vitamin
6pm: gym at least one mile on treadmill(walk/run)
8pm: take 1 probiotic before bed time.
