Durante mi vida adulta en general he tenido una figura delgada aceptable, pero después de los 40 años me ha costado mucho bajar de peso y cada año pesaba unos kilos más que el anterior. Decidí tomar este reto como la oportunidad de volver a la figura que yo elijo tener y no la que me toca por algún azar relacionado con la edad; yo elijo verme y sentirme joven y delgada, en lugar de pesada y viejita.
cada día al despertar tomé shape y probióticos, al cumplir mis 12 horas de ayuno inicié ventana de alimentación con supergreen y mi primera comida del día fue un delicioso Shake... anteriormente en ocasiones por mi trabajo, de jornadas largas, solía tomar refresco o café y durante el reto tuve a la mano xxxxxx refrescante, energizante, delicioso y además quema grasa (es perfecto) en mi hora de la comida fuerte tomé digest y de cena otro Shake, mucha agua durante el día y al cierre un repair antes de dormir.
