I have always been the one to work out on my own, motivate myself, and try my best to stay in shape working out at least three times a week.. our body is our temple and we should take care of it, but eight weeks ago I found myself at a point in my life where I began to let go my diet just a bit and I simply began feeling heavier. I felt uncomfortable, I was aware that I had let go my workout habits as well for about a month. And the Before picture you see today its actually me gaining some weight in a matter of a month before dedicating myself to the this amazing YorHealth 8 week challenge.

My routine for this eight week challenge was very realistic. I work 40 hours at a super hectic Bank and I had to incorporate good habits anyway possible. ALL I DID was incorporate the line of products into my regular daily routines.

I constantly drank the shakes in the morning as breakfast, and 2/3 hours later a banana/yogurt or fruit, then for lunch my regular "home made food for lunch" (a small portion)--OH I LOVEEEE MY SPANISH ARROZ,POLLO CON HABICHUELAS=)-- and dinner would be something light, and if before bed I felt hungry I would drink a "super green shake" but every meal with my Yor Digest Ultra. Most importantly a gallon of water a day. I was definitely NOT in the GYM all day, only working out 2 or 3 times a week at home, with sit-ups, squats or outdoor run. So nothing EXTREME AT ALL, and saving money of gym memberships- since I have no time for a gym since I'm highly involved in church, my job, my personal business goals, etc.

I always believed HEALTH should be a LIFESTYLE, not a "TEMPORARY BOOTCAMP".. the fact that these products have enzymes is what completely has changed my body internally and all an individual has to do is to HOLD ON TIGHT TO THE 4D's for any challenge, which are : Desire, Discipline, Dedication, and Drive. If you have those you ought to accomplish your goals.
