I was 110kg and I was fed up with it. So I stopped consuming sugar and lost 10kg in 2 weeks. I decided to give Yor health another go along with an 8 week challenge and intermittent fasting.
I kept active by doing 5 k walks in the morning and being more active with family, which was a challenge at first.
I am on medication for an illness and is known to increase weight but I pushed through. I cut out heavy carbs from my diet like bread, pasta and rice. I didn't notice much change in my weight for the first month. but didn't give up.
I increased my training and managed to do planks for 2mins. sit ups push ups and run some of my 5k. I had a good mate who did a challenge alsi and we kept eachother accountable. I learnt to stop being weight conscious and focus on being active.
Today I am 95kg and I feel happy. I have a bit further to go but my concern was what I ate. Yor Health has once again given me nutrition and motivation.
