Mi nombre es GABRIELA ESMERALDA DE LA TORRE HERNANDEZ Comencé a consumir los productos un poco esceptica, pero mis amigas me convencieron y me hicieron ver que tenia que cambiar, y hoy que termina mi reto me doy cuenta todo lo que YOR ha hecho por mi.
Tomaba todos los dias por la mañana mi malteada con agua y algunas veces con fruta, además de mi probiótico y mi reparador; cuando me dicidí a realizar ejercicios lo hacia por la mañana 40 minutos aproximadamente de bicicleta 3 o 4 veces por semana y me tomaba mi berry blas mientras me ejercitaba; almorzaba bien y comia bien y en la cena notaba que con el paso de los días mis ansias de comer se iban disminuyendo y en realidad ya no necesitaba cenar algo pesado y con mi malteada o mi super green me sentia satisfecha.
