Hola mi nombre es Luis Valdez, antes de empezar este reto me descuide mucho, porque me daba el lujo de comer lo que se me antojaba. Empece a ganar peso paulatinamente sin darme cuenta hasta que un día tuve que ser consciente que mi ropa ya no se veía como antes. Fue ahi donde me di cuenta que el no comer sano, descuidar mis suplementos y dejar de hacer ejercicio era el resultado de como me veía y como me sentía emocionalmente.
