Comencé tomando lo que mi esposa me daba y conforme me fui sintiendo bien yo mismo era quien preparaba la malteada y me prevenía con el probiótico y el reparador;eso por la mañana y la malteada en la noche y al comenzar a realizar ejercicio consumia el berry blas. además de desinflamarme en la primera semana mis dolores de cabeza desaparecieron y el aspecto de mi piel mejoró.
