Cuando empecé el reto pesaba 100 kilos, esto me ocasionaba aparte de cansancio, lesiones recurrentes por el ejercicio ya que soy profesor de Tae Kwon Do.
Al terminar el reto de 8 semanas mi peso ahora es de 89 kilos, tenía 8 años que no pesaba eso.!!!! Esto me emociona y me hace sentir y ver más saludable.
Hasta me pude poner otra vez el pantalón que use en mi boda!!!
Además motivo a mis alumnos a esforzarse más en cuidar su salud.
