My name is Martin, come from a large family. I'm a Marine Corps veteran who was once really fit. I let the years get the better of me and I gained over 70 lbs in the last 10 yrs. this only effected my personal life negatively and my health even worse. I've tried different products and they work for the most part but not like this. This was awesome experience, I got to watch the inches disappear and the weight come off.
One of my challenges was that I work graveyard shift, and on my days off I'm up like a normal person, so it was hard to adjust. I had to customize my regime constantly to my changing schedule. But it worked out.
Another challenge I had was I had 2 mini vacations while in the 8 week challenge and it was hard to keep my regime. On the 2 occasions I had little to no results, being that I was not following my own regime. My regime consists of
When I wake I have my greens w/ blast and 15-20 min later vanilla protein w/fiber with 2 slim. I would then go the the gym on my days I did not work the night prior. So at least 4 times per week. I stayed hydrated through the day. I would usually have a snack, some sort of fruit or granola or even trail mix Before lunch came around. I have 2 vitamins and 2 slim my 2nd shake w/fiber after that for lunch. 2-3 hrs after lunch I would have a 2nd small snack followed by 2 vitamins and 2 slim. And then I'd have my dinner. I was watching calories and trying to eat cleaner. It didn't always happen but 75% I could eat under or around 500 cal meal with 2-4 enzymes. Before bed I would have 1 or 2 repair depending on how hard I hit the gym and a pro biotic.
Today is the end of my 8 week challenge and I can say my confidence and self esteem are 100% better. I'm feeling better about myself, I've lost 33 lbs and my goal is 50lbs So I'll continue to stay with it and continue to share my experiences. I noticed I'm smiling more and I have tons of energy all day. Im really happy to share my results with all of you and can't wait to see what the next 8 weeks bring.
