Hi everyone. My name is Gloria and I am a busy mother of two and I work fulltime.
Here's my story:
I had been working a lot of over time and was working every Saturday from January of this year until May. Before I knew it I had gained 10 lbs. I didn't have any time to focus on myself. It was just work and when I came home I was tired and I didn't want to do anything. I remember coming home and sitting on the couch and not wanting to get off. I was eating super unhealthy all the time. I had acid issues with my stomach and was taking omeprazole everyday. I was lazy, unhealthy, felt like crap, unhappy, had head aches and was disgusted with myself. I couldn't find any motivation to get up and work out. I was stuck in this hole and couldn't get out.
I woke up one morning and had a really bad backache. I continued to have backaches every morning. I couldn't take it anymore. I kept seeing posts on Facebook about an 8 week challenge and the before and after pictures. I told myself, why not? Let me give this a try. So I contacted one of the health coaches. We talked and my journey began. I was ready to change my life.
I received my products and this is what I took on a daily basis.
Wake up: Super slim, probiotic, repair
Breakfast: Shake with Fiber and super greens
Snack: Greek Yogurt
Lunch: Super slim 30 mins before eating salad w/chicken then Ultra Digest after
Snack: Fruit
Workout
Dinner: Shake

I workout about 4-6 days a week doing HIIT.
After the first week, I notice increased energy and felt strong. I wasn't hungry at all. I notice my digestion has improved and my stomach has slimmed down and was not bloated anymore.
As the weeks continued I had a few set backs, I was sick for a couple of weeks and that held me back. But I was back at it as soon as I was better and it felt great.
After completing this cycle. I feel so happy to have come this far. I don't get any backaches or headaches anymore. I notice that I haven't had to take anymore pills for my acid. All of my health problems have disappeared. I'm so happy that I made the decision and took this challenge to improve my health. I'm so happy to feel good, look good and I want to continue on this journey until I get to where I want to be. I feel awesome!!
