The YorHealth products and the 8 week challenge have definitely impacted my current lifestyle, especially this past year. I have been a loyal customer for over 4 years.
At first I was just using the products to improve my overall health and to stay healthy on the inside. I was working a 9-5 desk job and always on the go. Meaning just going to work and home but nothing much in between. I was not an active person. At this time I was consistently using the MRP for breakfast, the Digest Ultra when I ate solid meals, the Vitamins to help with my skin and hair and the Repair to prevent any soreness from just typing and sitting for long periods of time. Even though I was feeling good inside, I was not happy with the person I saw in the mirror. I could barely get up two flights of stairs before stopping. I had not stamina.
It was not until the beginning of last year that I made the decision to be more physically fit. Because of this I started to exercise at least 2-3 times a week in the comfort of my home still using the YorHealth products on a daily basis. I started to see a transformation in myself physically, but I wanted to find a way to keep myself motivated with others. This led me to become a Zumba fitness instructor where now I not only am working out for me but helping others feel good as well.
Being a Zumba instructor I now teach about 6-7 classes a week. Because of this I need a lot of energy. The Complete Burn and Blast definitely help making sure I do have enough energy to conduct my class and to give energy out to my students. Because a majority of my workout is cardio I also started to do weight training workouts to help build up muscle and improve the strength of my overall body. After every work out I take the MRP as a recovery shake and make sure I take the Repair Ultra so that I am not as sore the next day.
Being part of the 8 week challenge is just another positive impact on my life. When I first knew the challenge was coming I saw it as another way to get more serious in my own health habits, such as thinking about what to eat when it is not time for my MRP. Taking YorHealth as part of my life has led me to a career path of health and fitness that I would never have expected to see myself in. Now because of this challenge I am able to share the challenge with friends, family and my students that are looking to get fit, healthy and who want to feel happy about themselves.
