Hoola! Soy Angel Martínez y me siento muy contento por haber terminado mi reto de 8 semanas, prácticamente me mantuve en mi peso pero bajé grasa y subí músculo, eso me gustó mucho y fue gracias al Detox LB, nunca sentí que muriera de hambre durante la mañana, haciendo ayunos de 12 a 16 horas, lo mejor, comía lo que quería y aun asi tenía energía para el gimnasio. En la mañana tomaba 1 cápsula de Probióticos y Repair. Entre a las 1130 tomaba Super greens con Fibra y media hora después, Yor Shake. Digest Ultra junto con la comida.
Para mi es muy difícil subir de peso en masa muscular y a pesar que tuve intoxicación por comida a mitad de mi reto, (en el cual bajé lo que había subido :( ), pude recuperarme rápidamente y continuarlo.
Estoy muy emocionado por inscribirme al siguiente Reto y bajarle a los carbohidratos y grasas malas ;) para obtener mejores resultados, gracias!
