Hey everyone! Absolutely wrapped with this 8 week challenge ??
Considering I was semi out of action for about 3 weeks of the 8 due to moving and injury, I'm really happy with the change that I've had!
I'm an apprentice carpenter by trade so I work a very physical job day in, day out. Soreness, lack of energy was the common day for me until starting using these products 3 years ago. Now my energy is absolutely through the roof and my body challenges are a lot better however I still have niggles and soreness here and there.
But as of right now I feel 10x better than what I was at the start of my challenge! Being able to focus in on my health has changed my world!
I used all of the products in the range of Supplements, Bare Oils and Bare Living line! I absolutely love them all!
My day looked as follows;
Wake up and have my supergreens, fibre, berry blast, lemon oil and yor amino hydrate.
Lunch I would have a balanced meal (most days ??) with my digest ultra.
At 3:30-4ish when I finished work I would have a large protein shake with the vegan protein.
And dinner would be 2 multi vitamins with a balanced meal and another digest ultra.
And of course I would have desert some nights, because treat yourself, and probiotics with muscle repair ultra before bed!
Then in the last 2 weeks I was cutting and I would have a super slim 30 mins before lunch and dinner :)
I trained 3 days a week on average sometimes 2 and sometimes 4. I paired my training into Legs 1 day, shoulders 1 day, back/bi 1 day and chest/tri another. So I would mix it up!
And for me being able to function on the daily with minimal pain and also function for 18 hours I feel incredible! I couldn't recommend this enough to anyone for whatever their health challenge!
