I'm happy to have completed my 7th Challenge! This one was different because I didn't stress over everything! In the morning I started my day with Probiotics, Repair and 2 Yor Shape on an empty stomach. A couple hours later, I took Supergreens and Yor Shake. With lunch I took a Yor Digest. After doing exercise in the afternoon, I took another Yor Shake and another Yor Digest Ultra at dinner. I'm happy because due to my work, I haven't been able to do the amount of exercise I'm used to, but I still was able to maintain my physical condition!!! Yor is so great for helping me to stay on track and keep up my rhythm of life!
