Hello my name is Ka Yang. I am a mother of 3. After my third child I gain so much weight I didn't feel confident about myself. I know I had to do something in my life before I knew it was too late.

Before Yor Health I weight 156. After the 8 weeks I weight 145.

I work 2nd shift from 3pm to 1130pm and because of that reason you will see below why I had to change up my supplements and shakes intake.

For the first 4 weeks:
When I wake up I would take 1 probiotic, 1 repair, 2 super slim with a 16 oz of cold water with a lemon. For breakfast I would take 2 scoops of vanilla or chocolate shake with 1 scoop of super green and 1 scoop of fiber with 2 vitamins.
For lunch I would eat my healthy lunch and depending on that I would take avgerage of 3 to 4 digest ultra and 2 vitamins.
For Dinner I would do 2 scoop of vanilla or chocolate shake with 2 vitmains.

For the last 4 weeks:
When I wake up I would take 1 probiotic, 1 repair, 1 scoop of supergreen and 1 scoop of fiber with berry blast.
For lunch I would eat my lunch and depending on that I would take an avgerage of 3 to 4 digest ultra and 2 vitmins.
For dinner I would take 2 scoop of vanilla or chocolate shake with 2 vitmins.

Also for the last 4 weeks I exercised more often than I did in the first 4 weeks and I stop food intake after 8pm.

I feel amazing because I can tell my hair, nail and body is getting so much healther and stronger. I feel more energetic and positive throughout the day. I also notice that I don't intake as much food as I used to. This challange was a challange for me but the outcome is just amazing.
