My name is Chess, I am 29 years old and I have been part of YOR Health on and off for years. The reason for 'off'- is largely due to the fact I now live in a country that didn't have the products available until very recently.
The minute I was able to have some couriered from Australia, I started taking them again and straight away joined the 8 week challenge. It came at a perfect time.
Now I have them- the challenge begins!- I make sure that every morning before work I have a supergreens, berry blast and fiber shake. This kick-starts my day and puts me in a positive frame of mind so my food choices throughout the day are healthy. For lunch I have a carb' + protein meal, and then for a snack i'll have a choco/vanilla protein shake to curb cravings, along with a digest ultra + 2 multi vitamins. After dinner (protein)- I take the repair/probiotic/digest and sleep well til morning!
Since starting this routine I feel my metabolism working more efficiently. I feel more energetic at a fundamental level and I'm far more alert during my days/nights. I can fit more activities into my life and my well-being is gleaming.
Although this challenge was not the most dramatic in physical transformation (I did have a few unscheduled setbacks), it was massive for me mentally. I have established a new base-line and have consciously expanded my knowledge around digestive health so much so that I know I can never go back to old habits.
It's because of this stronger, healthier mindset (thanks to YOR Health!) that I'm going to enter another 8 week challenge to really see what I can do!
