This was the best and hardest 8 weeks of my life.
I was sceptical about entering in the 8 week challenge at first, but after a quick chit chat with my buddie that introduced me , I realized this was a key to a healthy me and it needed to be done!
I started by just useing the digestive enzimes. befor work outs id have a berry blast and Protien after. After a few day after my start date i started takeing the super greens in the morning to kick start my day. then befor bed i took the pro biotics and vitamins.
I hit the gym every day during my lunch and every Wednesday i went to a outdoor cardio based workout aswell as my 5 day a week session at the gym. on saturday i go out swimming or hiking with the dog. Sunday i relaxed and rewarded myself for my weeks hard work with some playstation.
YorHealth has changed my life forever, and these last 8 weeks would not have been possible with out YorHealth and the community i got to know threw them :)
