I was introduced to YOR Health by 2 of my closest friends who had experienced YOR Health in the past. Usually I do not enjoy talking about weight loss as I have always struggled with it, but this time, i decided to inform myself in trying to understand how YOR Health could help me feel better about myself. I decided to inform myself and make my decision based on facts and information.
Following a number of questions to my friends about YOR health as well as some time reading about it myself, I decided to step forward and join the movement.
I joined the challenge and started taking digestive enzymes, protein shake, berry blast and probiotics on a regular basis. Each day that went by it became easier and suddenly YOR health became part of my daily routine.
Feeling better about yourself does not only depend on how you look, but also how you feel about your health, both physically and mentally. I am truly happy that I have been one of the first in Malta to experience YOR Health, an experience of holistic health as part of my daily routine.
