Hi, my name is Kelly Gerard and I am 48 years old and I have done the 8 week best body challenge a couple of times. this time around I lost 2kg. It may not seem like a lot to other people but to me it is 2kg closer to my goal weight. I have struggled with health issues and have found the Yor Health products help with so much more than weight loss! I started my weight loss challenge at 78kg and have lost a total of 12kg to be sitting now at 66kg. I have 6 more kg to loose to be at my goal weight. The support from the Yor Health community and inspiration I get is beyond measure.
My routine is:
Mornings - I have my greens, fiber and berry blast
I take a digest ultra with my afternoon and evening meal and a Yor shake to help me through the day.
I take a probiotic and repair ultra of a night and use the essential oils to help with tired and sore muscles. I use these products everyday.
As I have health issues I am not able to exercise much so a half hour walk per day is enough.
The Yor Health products have changed my life and the lives of people around me. I can't wait for the next 8 week challenge to loose even more weight and enjoy my life to the fullest. I feel like I have control of my life again!
