Hi, I'm a 27 years old and weigh 180 lbs. My goal is to be 130lbs. I had been around the same weight for 10 years, and in those 10 years, I had been trying to lose weight. By losing 50 lbs, I will feel better about myself alongside my health.

I've tried everything I could from going to the gym 4-5 days a week, running on the treadmill for 2 miles and 30 minutes on the bike; taking Zumba classes, 3 days a week; kickboxing classes once a week; and I even tried crossfit, 2 days a week for 3 months. I do love doing them all.

I feel good about myself still being able to do all that, but then my knees started to flare up and I was having pain if I ran more than 2 minutes. I'm not able to ride my bike because after paddling at least 10x, I start to feel pain in my knees. I was only 19 when I started to have knee pain. I then finally went to physical therapy for my knees when I was 22 and my therapist told me I can only walk on the treadmill, so I stop going to the gym.

I then started going to crossfit with my aunt, taking it light on my knees for about 4 weeks, then my wrist started to flare up. I continue doing crossfit, taking it light on my knees and wrist, then my low back went off on me and I had to quit crossfit.

I also come from a family with a background of ages from 25 and over with high blood pressure. Both my parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles, majority of them have high blood pressure or something wrong with their health. I see them taking pills and/or giving themselves insulin shots, checking their blood sugar, their blood pressure; and I, myself, do not wish to have to do all that.

I do have high blood pressure myself, but am trying my best to bring it down.

Ever since I decided to take this 8 weeks challenge with Yor Health, I had lost a total of 10 lbs. Taking Yor Health products, I feel more energetic every morning and throughout my day.

I'm also using the bare oils for my back pain and I can still feel the pain there, but with less pain. I would use it every morning and night, and sometimes in between if I can feel that the pain is acting up.

I am also loving my bare living shampoo and conditioner. My hair is oily at the top, but dry at the bottom and had been falling out. Since using bare living shampoo and conditioner, I can feel that my hair had become more healthier and I can see that it looks like there is more volume in my hair.

My workout routine: 16-24oz of water with 2-4 drops of pink grapefruit or 1 berry blast with 1 scoop super green or Great green (3-5 days a week)

Hip Abductors machine 100 x (100 lbs)

Hip Adductors machine 100x (75 lbs)

Ab/hip twist machine 50x each side (75 lbs)

Leg press 100x (65-80 lbs)

Rowing 50x (45lbs)

Tricep 40x (15lbs)

Lat pulldown machine 40x (45 lbs)

Chest press machine 40x (15 lbs)

Elliptical or Treadmill (10-20 minutes)

Stretch (10-15 minutes)


My regimes:

Morning - 2 slims and 1 probiotic

(Wait 30 minutes)

Shake - 2 vitamins with 10oz water with 2 drops pink grapefruit oil, 2 scoop vanilla, 2 scoop fiber, 1 scoop super green, I pack berry blast

Lunch - 2 slims (wait 30 minutes)

Normal meal or shake with 2 vitamins and 2 digest

Shake - 2 vitamins with 10oz water with 2 drops pink grapefruit oil, 2 scoop vanilla, 2 scoop fiber, 1 scoop super green

Dinner - 2 slims (wait 30 minutes)

Shake - 2 vitamins with 10oz water with 2 drops pink grapefruit oil, 2 scoop vanilla, 2 scoop fiber, 1 scoop super green

*Snack: (if hungry between meals)
1-2 fruits or 28 pieces of unsalted Cashew nuts
