Este reto lo realicé aplicando mejor el Ayuno Intermitente del DETOX LIVE BARE.
Traté de realizar en promedio un ayuno de 14 a 16 hrs. incrementé mi consumo de grasas buenas y disminuí el consumo de carbohidratos y azúcares.
No conté con todos los suplementos como hubiese querido, pero no puede faltar mi supergren y mi shake de chocolate, y el repair y muscle para los entrenamientos pesados.
Estoy muy contento pues nunca había estado tan cerca de bajar de los 80 kg. en los últimos 8 años.
