Soy Jonathan Olvera cuando inicie mi reto pesaba 78 kg ahora peso 80 kg con un buen avance, empecé haciendo ejercicio para bajar un poco la panza tomando mi Fiber plus en las mañanas con mi súper Greens, después empecé a hacer pesas y antes de entrenar tomaba dos tomas de Muscle Energy y cuando terminaba mi entrenamiento también 2 tomas de Muscle Energy junto con las Yor Repair todo eso junto con una alimentación totalmente cambiada a la que llevaba antes, le baje a los carbohidratos y aunque no lo crean subí la cantidad de grasas mediando las proteínas, eso hizo que me empezara a dar más energía en mi día cuando anteriormente siempre me sentía cansado y cuando salía a trabajar no podía faltar mi Yor Shake.
