Going into this challenge I was at my all time highest weight after travelling and eating away 2016 reaching 92kgs at one stage, I knew I needed this to motivate me and get my life back on track. I am excited so say I got my weight down to 82kgs and more importantly back into all my size 32 pants!!
I stocked up on YOR Health sups and is now part of my everyday routine automatically when I wake up I take my probiotics and essential vitamin. Then have the YOR shake with oats. Heading off to training I have the new great greens with some berry blast. With meals I take digest ultra and before bed have the great protein and some repair ultra which was AMAZING for the first few weeks especially as my body wasn't used to weight training an the extra cardio.
I signed up to a touch football team and played twice a week which was a great way to get my heart rate up found myself going to gym after and using that to my advantage to burn as many calories as possible. Generally 1 gym session a day with a 5 or 6 day split with generally just long slow cardio integrated.
Even after the challenge I feel this is now part of my everyday routine and I feel amazing and I plan to keep the training and the supplements going.
I remember after my first game of touch football 8 weeks ago not wanting to take my shirt of in front of the others to put our jersey on which was a low point for me and now i feel happy healthy fit and still working on the wealthy part ??
