Hola mi nombre es Ana Elisa, tengo 36 años y estoy muy feliz de haber concluido el reto de 8
Semanas, soy madre de 4 hijos y bajar de peso después de tener a cada uno de ellos también fue un gran reto.
Estoy encantada de haberme sentido con mucha energía y sentir que mi sueño es realmente reparador y mi sistema inmune excelente, además de que mi rendimiento en el gimnasio fue de lo mejor.
Mi régimen consistió en mezcla metabólica en ayuno de mínimo 12 horas, Berry y Shape antes de entrenar, Supergreens antes de abrir ventana, Digest durante las tres comidas, proteína para desayuno y carbohidratos para la cena ( el Shake suplió varias de mis cenas ), antes de dormir probioticos y 2 Repair antes de dormir.
