Pesaba casi 54 kilos, con el reto y el ejercicio mi masa muscular incremento pero mi índice de grasa bajó y mi peso final fue de 52.5 kilos.
Realmente la patente del NDS me ayudó muchísimo, tomé diario la MRP a veces hasta dos o tres veces al día cuando tenía mucha hambre, tomé también las vitaminas, las Digest, el Berry blast y cuando hacía ejercicio ocasionalmente un complete burn.
