Going into the YOR Health's best body challenge was a kick start into my motivation to get fit. Even though I entered into sculpt, I probably should have gone with slim, since my motivation level was still very low.
Although the main reason why I joined this challenge was because I wanted to be able to prove to myself that I can stay committed. Growing up I had a hard time with my exercises because my heart condition didn't allow me to do strenuous exercises. All cardiovascular exercises had to be limited, which then took a toll on my body. Eventually I got lazy and didn't care about my body, since I looked "slim" (although my tummy would say otherwise).
Also another reason I joined was because I was not a healthy person. I refused to eat my vegetables and fruits were seldom when going into my body. Fast food became the craving food in my lifestyle. And eventually this lead to me not being able to use the bathroom regularly and or as easily.
Throughout the challenge I used these products: YOR Vanilla MRP, YOR Fiber plus, YOR Supergreens, Probiotics, Digest Ultras, Vitamins, Repairs, and occasionally Complete Burns and Berry Blasts. The MRP, the Fiber Plus, and the Supergreens were taken all together in the morning. A Digest Ultra and a Vitamin whenever I decided to eat. Then Probiotics at night before I went to bed.
In the end, I was pretty happy with my results.
