This year I turned 60 and was finding it ver hard to do the basic things in life like take the dog for a walk or even bend down to pick something up. when i got on the scales at 99.9kg I was very upset with myself and my body was always in pain and was constantly lacking energy.
So when my son showed me the 8 weeks challenge I saw this as an opportunity to make a change.
I had a lot of doubts about whether I was to old to do this, or letting down the people who are supporting me but I knew I needed to make a change cause the path I was going down was not looking good.
My daily routine was starting work at 4am as a gardener and getting home about 1-2pm.
The first two weeks I did not get into any exercise but I just focused on taking the YOR health products and making some changes to my diet. I took the MRP and fibre for breakfast, the supergreens and berry blast for morning snack, the vitamins and digest with lunch and dinner and the repair and probiotics before bed.
After the first two week I lost about 6kg and I got motivated to get moving, so I started doing some light walking and some basic body weight movements.
After about 4 weeks my pains really started to disappear and at this point I had lost about 12kg and has more energy then I could have imagined and really got motivated to work out. My children helped me with my training and I got to the point of doing 15-20 minute runs on the treadmill by the 8th week and had no pains in my heals or knees.
All up I lost 21kg and am now 78.8kg with a huge amount of energy and a lot less pain for an old man :) thank you YOR health.
