Estar de nuevo en el reto ha sido maravilloso, veo que con Yor y ejercicios rutinarios he logrado cambios trascendentales.

En un inicio usaba el poder de las enzimas para sustituir la cena y ha sido lo mejor. Llego a casa después de la oficina, preparo mi Yor Shake y listo, a mi entrenamiento, 4 km de trote para calentar y luego a funcionales, lo mejor es que al llegar de noche no siento ansiedad ni hambre como antes. Al siguiente día me levanto con menos ansiedad y desayuno ligero.

Lo mejor de la malteada es mezclar la con Super Green, y siento mas energía y vitalidad. Me siento excelente..

En el día he aumentando el de comidas y reduciendo la cantidad. A media mañana como frutas con avena y me siento excelente. Al mediodía tomo mi Digest y he reducido la cantidad de harinas, solo vegetales y proteína.

Siento que he cambiado para mejor. Logro estar con más energía en el día, y mucho menos estrés porque siempre andamos en ejercicios, lo mejor con mi esposa y los niños porque sí. ..... los 4 entrenamos.
