Wrapping up my first 8 week challenge of the year was a must!
I started at 173 lbs right after a 2 week vacation, what diet do you do when you go on vacation? Well you don’t. So at this point I was at the heaviest point of my life, not feeling good about myself. I decided to give the 8 week challenge a shot.
I thought to myself, if I want to have results, 8 weeks should be enough to see some results. Little did I know with YOR supplements within 2 weeks in I was already seeing results dropped a couple pounds and was able to get back on track with my digestive system.
I usually work out 3-4x week Max 5 including some cardio and playing soccer on Sundays. I used religiously Probiotic and repair before going to bed. Super greens and Berry blast (SUPERBLAST) in the a.m, after my 2 biggest meals I took 1 Digest Ultra and 3 Multi Vitamins. After work-out I took 2 scoops of YORSHAKES and 1 scoop of fiber.
I have done a few challenges before but I think this time I took my time to plan and organize how I was going to do it, nothing crazy but well planned. My current weight is 169lbs but as you see I am leaner and I can see some definition.
I believe in YORHealth products and I know in 8 weeks everyone can see results.

The above individual’s results may not be typical. When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.
Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
