WOW - to begin I want to start with a big thanks to Maddie and team GREAT.ful for all the support and sharing!! Without them none of this would have been possible!!
I am a 56 yr old that loves sweets, eating and having an occasional cocktail. I watched my weight inch higher and higher and when it hit 150 I started to freak out. I hated how I looked in pictures and knew it was time to take action. I knew I needed to take charge and in the words of Thomas Jefferson, “Nothing can stop the man with the right mental attitude from achieving his goal; nothing on earth can help the man with the wrong mental attitude.” I thought I had the right attitude but nothing was happening until I started my 8 week challenge and YOR health products.
I begin each day with probiotic & repair along with super slim and a greens/berry cocktail. About 20 minutes later, I follow this with my shake, fiber and vitamins. I am drinking LOTS more water than I thought I ever would and snack on healthy things and have been able to avoid the temptations. I have a shake for lunch and a healthy dinner of protein and veggies. My favorite is the Digest and the amazing things it does for me! I am also starting to dabble with some of the Bare Oils which help me sleep better and ease the aches.
As a result I have lost 12 lbs and several inches and don't mind seeing pictures of myself anymore! I will continue with my products, and actually have started to add walking and exercise to my daily routine to help achieve the best me I can be!
