I started at slightly over 172 lb and during this challenge brought my weight down to 168 lb. Although it is not quite my goal, I managed to make improvements in my health in many areas. My muscle mass increased as well as my endurance.
My regimen includes 1 Probiotics Ultra and 2 Repair Ultra upon rising and before going to bed. For breakfast I take 1 MRP (usually vanilla with half a banana and a handful of blueberries) 1 Complete Burn and 3 vitamins. Then 1 MRP for lunch, 1 Super Greens with 8 oz of orange juice in the afternoon. Sometimes I take a second Complete Burn before working out.
I am exercising at least 4 times a week. Before the beginning of June, I did Zumba at night and after that "Core Blast" and Yoga/Pilates in the mornings.
I feel great! It bothered me that it's becoming harder to reach my goals or that I miss it altogether. But I learned that going through physiological changes makes it more challenging. I am committed to reach my final weight goal but most of all to keep improving my health. Doing the challenge is the most fun way to do it.
