Hi, dear all the challengers:
My name is Ainu. I'm living at Elk Grove, California. I'm so happy to get a chance to share my experience with you. I work at a dental office as a dental assistant. While I'm helping my doctor to do the dental work, I always have to bend my back to assist my doctor. It makes my back hurt and makes my feel tired all the time. I think this is not just about my work, also because I was gaining more weight. I started go to the gym 3-4 days a week for the last two years to see can loss some weight and get more energy, but it didn't work out for me. I continue gaining more weight and my back didn't get better.
8 weeks ago, I started using YOR health. It's amazing. I was be able to lose 5lbs at my first week. And I feel so good. I couldn't believe that happened to me. My regimen:
Breakfast 2 repair, 1 probiotic and 1 supper slim on morning. After 30 mins, I took 2 shake, 1 supper green, 1 fiber and 2 vitamins.
30 mins before lunch, I took 1 supper slim, after lunch, 2 vitamins and 1-2 digest.
Dinner took the shake, supper green , fiber and vitamins. I ate a lot of fruit and veggies.
