Hola comunidad de yorlovers, mi nombre es Maivy González, soy venezolana y actualmente vivo en Panamá.

Decidí ingresar al reto de 8 semanas para demostrarme lo que soy capaz de lograr cuando me lo propongo, al comenzar el reto inicié haciendo ejercicio con un grupo de yorlovers que mantenemos en Panamá, en donde estan mis dos hijos y mi esposo, asisto3 días por semanas hago un rutina de trote de 25 min(aprox. 4km), luego hacemos ejercicios funcionales para tonificar un poco el cuerpo; dentro de mi alimentacion diaria consumo en la mañana como batido detox el supergreens luego de 1 hora mi desayuno, a la hora del almuerzo lo hago de manera saludable y me tomó mi digest para mejorar mi digestión, en la cena trato de comer harinas y en muchas ocasiones me gusta tomar un delicioso supergreens, antes de dormir me tomo mi probiótico, para amanecer lista para el siguiente día. Mis dias se carbocarga son los días domingos que es cuando comparto mas tiempo con mi família.

Agradecida con los productos de Yor Health porque me parecen que son muy buenos y con un sabor inigualable, aun no consigo mi meta y seguiré trabajando en ello.
