My name is Daniel Chau,
I have completed several 8 week challenges throughout the years.. This might be my favorite and toughest challenge yet. My results had been more significant to me because I had a friend, Hong Gao Chen that was doing the the challenge beside me every step of the way. Accountability and being the example for him helped pushed me harder within the 8 weeks.
The products have been an incredible help to my results and diet.. I have no feeling of lack of energy or tiredness these days. I used the entire product line.
I start my morning with one YOR Repair Ultra, one YOR Probiotic Ultra, three Essential Vitamin.
Before hitting the gym, I'll take two YOR Super Slim for a pre-workout. I would drink YOR Muscle Energy depending on the intensity of the workout that day.
Post-workout or starting the day, I'll make a shake with YOR SuperGreens, YOR Fiber Plus, and YOR Berry Blast for recovery. I feel great after 10 to 15 mins of drinking it. No tiredness or feeling lethargic.
For lunch and dinner, I'll take one or two YOR Digest Ultra depending on the size of the meal. This helps me with breaking down and absorbing the nutrients from the meal. No bloating or tiredness either, you should feel more energy afterwards.
I love using the YOR Health product line and recommend anyone that wants to get into better health or get back into it. It's a great way to maintain and increase your quality of life.
