Hello everyone, my name is Hong Gao Chen. I am currently attending University of Massachusetts Amherst and I am 20 years old.
The reason I decided to take the challenge is I want to change the way my body looks, I want to become more shred. After this 8 weeks challenge I went from 169 lbs/ 76.66 kg to 165lbs/ 74.84 kg, now I feel stronger and more confident about my body.
