Estoy muy contento de poder expresar el cambio que he tenido con mi reto de 8 semanas.
Aunque antes de iniciar mi reto ya había bajado 13 kg, pero aun me sentía incomodo por como me veía, ya que tenia un peso de 93 kg. Entonces me puse la meta de bajar 5 kg mas en las 8 semanas, meta que gracias al uso de la linea de productos de Yor Health pude lograr satisfactoriamente.
Lo que mas me ayudo fue sustituir mi desayuno y cena por el delicioso Yor Shake. Poco a poco también empece a realizar actividad física para complementarla con mi reto. Empece a salir a correr entre 15 y 25 minutos al menos 3 veces por semana, y lo que me ayudaba a poder realizar con mas energia mi rutina era tomar el Yor Complete Burn.
La verdad es que el Reto Yor Best Body ha impactado mi vida de una manera impresionante,ya que no solo me siento mas saludable y mas energía, también me siento mejor en como me veo y creo que es algo maravilloso compartir esta felicidad con los demás.
